I, the undersigned have read and understand completely the rules and regulations issued for this event and agree to be bound by them. I fully understand that motorcycle track riding is a dangerous activity. In consideration of this my entry and my being permitted to take part in this event. I for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns agree to save harmless and keep indemnified, the organizers and it’s officials, the Canadian Motorcycle Association and it’s officials, the other participants and their mechanics, helpers and their respective agents (as the case may be), the owners or lessees of any land used for these practice days and their respective officials, servants, representatives or agents from and against all actions, claims, cost and demands in respect of injury, death, loss of or damager to my person or property, how so ever caused, arising out of or in connection with my taking part in this event and not withstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of the same bodies, their agents, officers, servants or representatives, and that I am fully responsible for my property and conduct.
I declare to the best of my belief that I possess the standard of competence and health necessary for an event of this type and that the motorcycle(s) entered is/are suitable and roadworthy for the event having regard to the course and speeds that will be reached. I declare that I am 18 years of age or older.
