Take 99A (King Highway) until 104th Avenue, turn right onto 104th Avenue and follow for about six blocks, property will be at 158th Street (on left). Take (Trans Canada #1) to exit 50 (160th St/104th Ave), turn right off the exit, property will be on your right side. Take (Trans Canada #1) to exit 50, exit and go over the overpass, continue straight through the light, property will be on your right hand side. Take Hwy 99 South and exit at Hwy #10, when you come up to 152nd Street turn left and follow this until you come to 104th Ave, make a right hand turn and the property will be on your left.
