The Tetsu-no-Kokoro Jiu-Jitsu Club
covers a vast assortment of techniques. Our curriculum includes pure Jiu-Jitsu, Aikido and
Kempo. It also emphasizes pressure point techniques, and some weapons (jo, hanbo, bo,
bokken, yawara).
We try and keep a balance between the striking and the grappling components of Jiu-Jitsu. At the Tetsu-no-Kokoro Jiu-Jitsu Club we feel that specializing too much may lead to problems in certain situations.
