- Please Note: A minimum stay of two nights is preferred. From June through to Labour Day, a two night stay is required if a Saturday is booked.
- Our Deposit and Cancellation Policy: A deposit is not required from returning guests. For those visiting us for the first time a deposit of 50% is required before the reservation can be confirmed. We will accept a valid credit card in lieu of a deposit. Cancellations affect us significantly, particularly since we cannot over-book. If a confirmed reservation must be cancelled, your deposit will be returned if the cancellation is received a minimum of 5 days before the start of the reservation. We reserve the right to make a charge of $75 against a credit card if the reservation is not cancelled prior to the date of the confirmed booking.
- Payment can be made by cheques, travellers' cheques, cash or by Visa or Mastercard.
- THIS IS A NON-SMOKING B&B. Smoking is permitted outdoors ONLY.
- We cannot accommodate guests' pets. We have a dog, who is not permitted unattended in guest areas, in residence.
- No additional taxes or service charges will be added to your bill.
- Check-in time is 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Earlier or later check-ins can be accommodated if we know in advance. Checkout time on your day of departure is 11:00 AM.
