The Liberals have finally introduced their DNA data bank law. Already the Police chiefs and The Reform Party are screaming that it is not tough enough. They want every one to be tested as soon as they are arrested. Spitting on the side walk, DNA test them.
I should point out that DNA testing as it now stands is not a very good way to catch criminals. Every persons DNA is unique, but they don't test all the DNA. They just test markers. Its been estimated that all markers wil match up in every 5000 people. That means that every person in Canada has 6000 identical matches in Canada alone! So, if your DNA is on file, you will be blamed if any one of those other people commit a crime.
Anyway, that's not what this page is about. It's about my ten point plan to ensure the safety and security of all Canadians
ONE: Make providing a DNA sample a condition of Canadian Citizenship. Citizenship is a valuable and precious possession. Surely providing one little blood sample is not too high a price to pay. All current citizens will be required to voluntarily provide a sample by a certain date. Any one who does not provide a sample must have something to hide. So, they will be declared a suspect and a sample WILL be taken. All people applying to live in our country must provide a DNA sample with their application. All newborns will have samples taken automatically. In short order we will have as sample from everyone, Only criminals need fear this plan.
TWO: Require every Canadian to have a MACHINE READABLE TAG implanted under their skin. We do it to identify our pets, surely people are more important than animals. We could do away with all ID, ie Drivers licences, Health cards, etc. All data on each person would be immediately retreived from central computers. Imagine, no more Health fraud, welfare fraud, no going to Florida while collecting EI benefits. Customs officials could scan everyone entering and leaving the country. If you're honest, you have nothing to fear. Only cheats and thieves will have to worry. Just imagine the benefits, no more having to carry any Identification. You could even eliminate money, because stores could scan the tag, and automatically debit your account. No more muggings or purse snatching, imagine the freedom!
THREE: Take all the guns away from everybody in this country. No exceptions, no excuses. No one needs to hunt in this country. What are we, a bunch of savages? No one needs to hunt when we have so many grocery stores around. Hunters will be re-educated to hunt with cameras. As long as people keep guns in their homes, innocent people will get hurt. If a criminal breaks in, he'll only get a year or so in jail (if he's caught). If people keep guns, a criminal might get shot and killed. Death is much too high a price to pay for the protection of mere posessions. Give the criminals what ever they want. Once the guns are gone, we will have removed the means for Canadians to kill and hurt each other. No one needs guns, the police are perfectly capable of protecting you.
FOUR: Outlaw all expression of thought and opinion that is not in line with the values of Canadian Citizenship. Everyone will be required to understand and promote the values of Canadian culture, ie: Bilingualism, Multiculturalism, etc. Children will be taught in school the long and proud history of multiculturalism, How our ancestors came to this continemt to carve out a multi-cultural society where all would be welcome. How all our wars were to fought for the values of multi-culturalism. All ethnic children will be encouraged to learn and understand and value their cultural heritage. White children will be taught the importance of their heritage of multi-culturalism
FIVE: Ban all competative games and activities, and specifically any games with violent themes. Only board games that allow for an equal outcome of all players will be allowed. Winning creates feelings of superiority, an I'm better than you attitude. No score-based sports will be allowed. Every one knows that competative sports breeds agression and violence. Ban them all. Any children caught playing with toy guns will be immediately sent to be re-educated. Parents will also be updated on their parenting skills. Repeat offences will see the children taken away and placed in state custody. The parents will be charged and convicted of "Anti-Canadian Activities". (This brings me to the next point)
SIX: Create the new crime of "Anti-Canadian Activities" This will permit the isolation and re-education of all "unstable" elements. Some guy at work grumbling about "those people" taking all the jobs? Denounce him. Ten years in re-education will make him see the value and worth of ALL Canadians. Besides, how many people are running around now that should be in jail, but we just can't find the right law to charge them with. In the new Canada, any one facing this charge WILL be convicted, since being charged will be considered evidence of guilt. What about lawyers defending these dangerous elements of society? You guessed it, charge them with the same thing!
SEVEN: To ensure the safety of all Canadians, all criminal will have an identifier placed on them, why not use the old English method of Branding. A big "C" on the forhead will warn law abiding citizens to beware. Let's also bring in amputation for repeat criminals. Thieves, lose a hand, Though criminals: lobotomy is not too high a price to pay. Anyway they knew the consequences of their actions. Order and security WILL be the highest good
EIGHT: Set up a system that encourages people to spy on and denounce their nieghbours. Children can be educated in the schools to watch for anti-Canadian activities at home. Promote denounceing as the highest expression and most important duty of Canadian Citizenship. Give school prizes to the child who denounces the most relatives ove the school year.
NINE: Make it clear once and for all who you belong to. The state provides all for your needs. The ideas of individual self-control and destiny are dangerous and subversive. Every person will be educated to see themselves only as organs of the states will. Free independant action is dangerous. Only thought and action dictated by the state will be allowed. Every action must be conducted with the maximum benefit ot the state in mind
TEN: Rework the language to make it more amenabe to propoganda. Talk about how you are doing one thing while at the same time doing the exact opposite. WAR IS PEACE, FREEDOM IS SLAVERY, IGNORANCE IS KNOWLEDGE. Confuse and re-define concepts so that you can say one thing while doing the exact opposite. And, always say that what you are doing is the will of the people. The people demand "fill in the blank". Say it often enough and the people will believe it.
All of these policies are already starting to be put into effect. They will not make Canada a safer, better place, they will merely increase the power and control of the state over the thoughts and actions of the Citizens. If Canadians don't want to live in a Slave state, (because thats what it will be), they must start to do something NOW, before it's too late.
What I find really depressing is that some people will look at this list and say "yes, looks pretty good to me, let's do it"! Unfortunately, a lot of them tend to be politicians, government officials, and people trying to re-engineer Canadian society. Indivdual freedom means nothing to these people. God help us all, But remember, God helps those who helps themselves!
