Coaches' Clinics

  • Coaches participate on the ice to assist in the development of strategies for their up and coming hockey season.
  • Seminar work, addresses the theories and philosophies of coaching.
  • Topics include game and team tactics, Player development, safety, individual skills, coaching under pressure (playoffs, etc)
  • Ice management is discussed to help coaches get the most out of their ice time.
  • Binders, containing all the necessary literature to provide guidelines thoughout the season, will be provided to each coach.
  • Time recommendations = 2 eight hour sessions.  2 hours on-ice to finish off.
