Motorhome Rental Terms
  • 24ft to 31ft Motorhomes
  • Deposit: 25% of Rental Amount due on Signing the Rental Agreement
    (min. CDN$ 450.00 - max. CDN$ 750.00 ) by VISA or MasterCard
  • The Deposit also acts as a Security Deposit during the Rental Period
  • The Full Rental Amount is due 1 month prior to Pick-Up ( Cash , Cheque,
    Credit Card, Bank Transfer )
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Prices are subject to the Harmonized Sales Sales Tax ( 13 % )
  • Specials which are offered during the year, cannot be combined or compounded
  • The Deposit will be reimbursed upon return of the vehicle, provided there are no charges
  • All approved Drivers or at least 2 people have to be present during the orientation on pick-up
    Pick-up Time: 11.00 am - Return Time: 9.00 am
  • Out-of Province customers, who arrive late during the pick-up day, may not drive
    the Motorhome during the same day, however, may spend the 1st night in the Motorhome
  • Latest Airport Pick-up time is 7.00 p.m.
  • There are no refunds for unused km's or for early returns from your holidays
  • On return, the vehicle must be as clean as received without any damages,
    or a charge of $ 75.00 for each inside and outside cleaning will be applied as well as charges for damages.
  • Small dogs ( NO other animals ) which do not shed are allowed with prior consent of Black Creek RV Rentals.
    A $ 150.00 Cleaning Deposit is required upon pick-up. If the Motorhome is not clean and free of hair
    and fur upon return, the Renter loses the Cleaning Deposit. If animals are taken on a trip without consent of
    Black Creek RV Rentals, the Renter loses the original Booking Deposit ( $450.00 and up ).
  • On return, there must be a 1/2 full Gas Tank, a full Propane Tank and empty Holding Tanks,
    or fuel charges plus a $ 25.00 Mechanics will be applied ( Dumping Fee: $ 75.00 )
  • It is the Renters responsibility that the number of passengers does not exceed the number
    of seatbelts installed in the Motorhome ( 24ft: 5 -- 29ft - 31ft: 6-7 ), or the insurance will decline coverage.
  • Black Creek RV Rentals is not responsible for personal items, forgotten, left or lost by the Renter
    If found, such items have to be picked up by the Renter in person.
  • During the Off-Season, all Motorhomes are winterized and NO Water or the Washroom can be used,
    unless the Motorhome is de-winterized, while travelling in states, where night temperatures do not fall
    below freezing, for example, Florida.
    Before return to Canada, the Motorhome has to be re-winterized before freezing conditions may be encountered.

  • Any driver has to be in possession of a valid, full drivers licence for at least 8 years ( No G2 etc )
