These
little nibbles just sparkle with the sweet heat of Niagara
Presents' Inferno Red Pepper Jelly. Try them out at your next
holiday gathering!
1 pint cherry tomatoes
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 c Inferno Red Pepper Jelly
1 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped
1 Tbsp lemon juice salt & pepper
Slice
cherry tomatoes in half and scoop out seeds. Chill until ready
to fill.
Beat
cream cheese until smooth and add in jelly, chives, lemon
juice and dash of salt & pepper. Cream until smooth (this
can be done in a food processor).
Using
a piping bag with a plain tip, or with a teaspoon, fill cherry
tomatoes. Tomatoes can be garnished with chopped chives if
you wish.
Stuffed
tomatoes can be made up to 8 hours in advanced. Keep well
wrapped and chilled until ready to serve.
